Hello and welcome to a new school year! As a 2002 alumni of Huntland School, I am proud to be teaching here. After graduation, I received my Associates of Science in General Education from Motlow State Community College. From there, I received my  Bachelor's of Education from Athens State University. To continue my education, I received my Master's Degree in Reading and Literacy from Walden University. 

I began my teaching career at South Lincoln in 2007, where I taught 3rd grade for 6 years. I started my career at Huntland in 2013, where I taught 3rd grade for one year and then moved to 6th grade ELA. 

I have been happily married since 2007, and we have two children that both attend

Huntland School.
