Hello and welcome to the library!

     I was born in Huntland along with my two brothers and one sister.  I attended Huntland School for 12 years and graduated in 1977.  I have 5 children and they too have attended and graduated from HHS (Kelly Golden 1995, Lucas Bradley 1996, Joshua Bradley 1997, Carrie Finchum 2001, and Jonah Bradley 2011.  I have three step-sons (Jeremy Hill, Johnathon Hill, and Jordan Hill) however; they attended Coffee County High.  I am fortunate to the be the grandmother of 15.  Ten of the fifteen have attended or are attending HHS.  (Ali Golden, Maddux Golden, Zeier Golden, Hannah Bradley, Bailey Little, Hunter Bradley, Hayden Bradley, Lexie Finchum, Blair Finchum, and Mica Finchum)  My other five grandchildren are attending other schools.  They are Wesley Hill, Ethan Hill, Lacey Hill, and Kaiser Hill.  I have little angel grandson, Braxton Hill, that is in heaven with his Uncle Jonah.

     I received my B.S. in Elementary Ed. from Athens State University.  All of my teaching career has been done here at Huntland.  I have taught sixth grade and fourth grade elementary classes.  I then went on to receive my Masters degree from MTSU with an emphasis on library science.  I have been the school librarian for over 20 years.  I love my school and the people in it.
